RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn and undamaged pieces within 7 days from receipt of shipment. We do not accept returns of Made-to-order, Sale or Archive items. For all full-priced items, returns will be processed for a refund to the original billing method after the item is received by Kahle. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please email mk@kahle-studio.com to begin the process or to address further questions or concerns. We use stripe as a third party payment processor for all transactions. As a result, certain of the provisions of stripe’s terms of service may be relevant to your purchase. Stripe’s terms of service are available here [link: https://stripe.com/us/terms]. 

REPAIRS

All KAHLE items are under warranty for life-long repairs with limitations. This warranty is only valid if the item is in good enough condition to be repaired. This includes but not limited to: Button/beads lost or damaged, stitches loose, patch-able rips/tears, fading hand-dye.

If It is possible to repair, we will do what we can to bring it back to its former glory.

Sometimes an item is loved beyond repair, and that’s ok! Don’t throw it away! In this case we can discuss what its second life could look like through the ‘Re-Inventory’ Program.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping via USPS is FREE.

International shipping via FedEx or UPS, flat rate $40

PLEASE NOTE, for items that are made-to-order, please allow 5-10 business days to process and ship the item.
